Courses & Learning

What Japanese levels do you offer?
We offer comprehensive courses for all JLPT levels: N5 (Beginner), N4 (Elementary), N3 (Intermediate), and soon N2 (Pre-Advanced), and N1 (Advanced). We will soon offer specialized courses in Business Japanese and Conversation practice.
How long does it take to complete each level?
With regular classes (3-4 sessions per week): N5 takes 3-4 months, N4 takes 4-5 months, N3 takes 5-6 months, N2 takes 6-8 months, and N1 takes 8-12 months. Intensive courses are also available for faster completion.
Do you offer online classes?
Yes! We offer online (interactive resources) classes.

Fees & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods: Bank Transfer (all major banks) and Payoneer for international students.
Do you offer installment plans?
Yes! We offer flexible installment plans. You can pay in one installment (with 5% discount) or two monthly installments. Custom installment plans are also available upon request.
Is there a registration fee?
Yes, a one-time registration fee of USD 40.00 applies. This covers administrative costs, study materials access, and student help with professionals.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Refunds are available within 5 days of enrollment (minus registration fee) if no classes have been attended. After 5 days or once classes have started, course fees are non-refundable.

Student Visa & Japan Study

Do you help with student visa applications?
Yes! We provide guidance for Japanese student visa applications. Our counselor has helped over 50+ students successfully obtain visas for language schools and universities in Japan.
Which JLPT level is required for studying in Japan?
For Japanese language schools: N5 or N4 is sufficient. For undergraduate programs: N2 is typically required. For graduate programs (Master's/PhD): N1 is usually required.
Do you have partnerships with Japanese schools?
We are working on it to help with direct admission pathways.

Technical & Access

What equipment do I need for online classes?
You need a computer/laptop/tablet with a stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone. Headphones are recommended for better audio quality. Our platform works on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android.
How do I access course materials?
After enrollment, you'll get access to our student portal where you can view all course materials: lessons, PDF notes, quizzes, assignments, and additional resources. Materials are organized by module for easy navigation.
